RaveNFlow Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Digital products (programs, guides, challenges, downloads): Delivered instantly via email or your customer account.

  • Physical products (apparel, accessories, handmade items, kandi, gear):

    • Standard processing time is 3–7 business days.

    • Handmade or made-to-order pieces may require up to 10 business days.

    • High-volume periods (drops, holidays, festivals) may extend processing times slightly.

Shipping Times & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and selected shipping method.

  • Average delivery estimates:

    • U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees on international orders.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • RaveNFlow is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to USPS, UPS, or other carriers.

  • If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.

  • We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements.

Address Errors

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • RaveNFlow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our digital products, all digital sales are final.

  • Apparel and physical items may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

Email k.ravenflow@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or store credit.
