Physical products (apparel, accessories, handmade items, kandi, gear):

Standard processing time is 3–7 business days.

Handmade or made-to-order pieces may require up to 10 business days.

High-volume periods (drops, holidays, festivals) may extend processing times slightly.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

RaveNFlow is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to USPS, UPS, or other carriers.

If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our digital products, all digital sales are final.

Apparel and physical items may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
